Payment Information/ Insurance

Rates are $100 per hour. The following insurances are accepted to help offset those costs. If you have a different company I will work with them to negotiate a rate. As the client you are ultimately responsible for the cost of treatment.

Cancellation Poilcy:

If a cancellation is necessary please notify my office by calling 985-373-6156 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. A fee of $50 may be assessed to missed appointments. Please be respectful of my time as I will be of yours.
